Wells Fargo IN² focuses on fostering scalable commercial buildings technologies that will lead  to a more sustainable future by helping reduce overall energy impact, conserve natural resources and create jobs. IN² was designed to help innovative clean technologies get out of the labs and into the marketplace. The program leverages Wells Fargo’s geographic diversity and expertise in clean energy and commercial buildings to provide early-stage entrepreneurs an accelerated path toward commercialization.

Deliver LYNC DR to NREL Jan 2017

System performance and demand response validation QTR 1&2, 2017

The demonstration microgrid project at the Fort Custer Training Center in Michigan is aimed at reducing costs for energy surety where military facilities are in close proximity to each other. Advanced technology developer Electricore will lead the project with support from power company Eaton, Go Electric, and local utility Consumers Energy. The Michigan Army National Guard will serve as project host.

The microgrid will include 1.375 MW of legacy diesel generators, as well as 400 kW of energy storage and 720 kW of photovoltaics (PV). When completed in 2018, the project is expected to enhance power surety, energy resilience, distributed generation management and demand response, while contributing to the critical power needs of nearby military installations.

The DOD’s Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) funded the project to demonstrate the ability of microgrids to offer continuous power to critical resources during extended outages. The project will also showcase the sharing of resources between Ft. Custer, a federally owned and state-operated Michigan Army National Guard training facility, and nearby federal facilities

Go Electric Deliverables:  One 400KW/167KWH BESS and engineering services and support.

Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) is a premier active joint ammunition storage site.  Tooele is responsible for shipping, storing, receiving, inspecting, demilitarization, and maintaining training and war reserve conventional ammunition.  Tooele’s Ammunition Equipment and Manufacturing Directorate (AEMD) designs and manufacturers ammunition peculiar equipment (APE) used in maintenance and demilitarization of munitions for all of the Department of Defense (DoD).  The Army Core of Engineers has awarded a Design-Build Task Order for a Micro Grid at Tooele.

Go Electric Deliverables:  One 1000KW/1000KWH LYNC DR and micro grid integration engineering.

RISE:NYC is a competition designed to identify and deploy creative new technologies and solutions to make New York City businesses more resilient to the impacts of future storms, sea level rise and other effects of climate change. Through the competition, up to $30 million is available to fund projects that use innovative measure to make the city's buildings and infrastructure networks in areas impacted by Hurricane Sandy and/or vulnerable to future storms more resilient.

Go Electric Deliverables:  Three 30KW and one 250KW LYNC DR systems installed at small businesses impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

SPIDERS (Smart Power Infrastructure Demonstration for Energy Reliability and Security) is a joint effort between the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Homeland Security to incorporate cyber-secure micro grid solutions that enhance continuity of operations at DoD bases in the face of electrical power disruptions.

Go Electric Deliverables: 2MW micro grid consisting of two 250KW ISIMs (Integrated battery Storage and Inverter Modules); two 725 kW Caterpillar generator; microgrid integration and control of 3.5MW generation & storage and integration with the cyber-secure base-wide micro grid.
